Service Description

This class is designed to introduce you to heels foundation and technique! Featuring our BLC professional branch, we will be improve your flexibility through deep stretches, training your posture, walks, spins, floor work and tricks! All levels are welcome. Please bring socks and knee pads if you have some and of course, your heels!
